How developer accounts and usage are handled.
Accounts and verification
We store your name, email address, email verification time, account creation and sign-in times, and optional product-update preference. Verification emails are delivered through Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile checks signup attempts for abuse. We store salted password hashes, never readable passwords. Email codes expire after 10 minutes; login sessions expire after seven days.
API usage
API keys are stored as hashes; only their prefixes are displayed later. We record the key, endpoint family, response status and time for API requests. Individual request records are retained for up to 90 days. Rate protection uses a daily salted identifier rather than storing the raw IP address. Usage records do not include birthday query values.
AI connections
When you approve an AI connection, we store the registered client’s name and callback URLs, your consent, and hashed authorization codes and tokens. Consent requests expire after 10 minutes, codes after five minutes, access tokens after one hour, and refresh access after 30 days. Expired records are removed during scheduled cleanup. We record tool names, status and time for usage accounting, not tool arguments or conversation text. Catalog results are shared with the AI client you authorize; its privacy policies also apply. Revoke an AI connection in your dashboard to stop access.
Public tool counters
We count views of selected public pages and uses of the birthday matcher and calendar in daily totals. We do not send your entered birthday, search terms or profile identifiers with these counters. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences are respected. These are activity counts, not unique visitor counts.
Administration
The authorized site owner can view developer account details and usage, correct display names, suspend access, end sessions and revoke API keys. These actions are recorded in an administrative history. Passwords and full stored API keys are never displayed.
Cookies and email preferences
A secure, HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in. Product-update emails require a separate opt-in, which can be changed in the developer dashboard. This release sends email-verification and password-reset emails.
